Checkout process

The first page in the check out process asks for your name, email, phone number and billing address.  Once you have added these you will proceed to a secure page for payment by credit card.

The payment by credit card page is secure.  

A secure web page starts with https://

A secure web page sometimes also shows a padlock in the address bar to make it more obvious that you are on a secure page but the https://  is the most important security notification.

The first thing you will be asked is to click on the icon that represents your credit card type.

You will then move on to the next page which will ask for your long number, start and expiry dates and the 3 digit security number on the reverse of the card

New card protection processes have been introduced by Visa and Mastercard and if you have not yet had this set up on your card you may be asked by Visa or Mastercard to set this up for this and future transactions.  It will soon be the norm for all internet transactions to go through this extra step as explained below:

To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use and the retailer from whom you are purchasing, when you click Proceed you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

2littlefeet have been very rapid to introduce this extra security as we are strong supporters of improving internet security.  It protects us from fraudulent transactions which are very costly and it means we know that our customers can feel safe when shopping with us.
